The Game's Premise

In a near-future setting, a small island nation is grappling with a severe educational crisis. The number of students graduating from school has plummeted, leaving university places unfilled and threatening the economy with mass unemployment. To mitigate this, the government has introduced drastic measures, mandating all students over 18 who failed or were expelled to return to education at special facilities.

In The Headmaster, you assume the role of a psychology expert with innovative solutions to this crisis. After presenting your theories at a teachers' conference, you are approached by an agent from a mysterious organization who invites you to interview for the position of headmaster at one of these new schools for adults. Eager to prove your methods, you accept the challenge.

Your mission is to transform a school of delinquent young women into diligent and obedient students using your unique disciplinary techniques. However, this task will not be straightforward. You must gain the support of your colleagues, meet the unusual demands of the school's owners, and navigate the scrutiny of a troublesome government inspector.
